Medikopter 117 für X Plane

Hallo, Ich bin bei Youtube über ein Videos von Medikopter 117 xPlane gestolbert und fand das echt Klasse.
zum einen weil ich ein Medikopterfan bin zum anderen weil es wohl so aussieht als ob man da richtige Rettungsmissionen fliegen kann.
Meine frage ist nun.
Ist das alles wiedermal ein Videofake oder ist das wirklich wie in den Videos.
Und nun das wichtigste wo bekomme ich das Addon, ich finde nichts im Netz.

Also unter Downloads bei X-plane.org finde ich schon mal einen als Freeware
Und im Shop von X-Plane.org sind auch einige Hubschrauber zu finden ( u.a. der BK117 ) :

das habe ich auch gefunden, viel mehr interessiert mich ob es richtige Missionen gibt wie in den Videos bei Youtube.

Bei X-plane 10 gibt es keine Missionen. Jedenfalls kommt X-Plane als Simulator ohne Missionen. Wahrscheinlich wird es sich um ein Addon handeln.
